Neil Rutledge started his jewelry apprenticeship at age 17 in Dallas, Texas. By the age of 23, he was a Master Goldsmith, and owned his first company, Sovereign Goldsmiths.
Neil is highly skilled in Platinum (his favorite medium) and Gold, both yellow and white.
He was employed at Neiman Marcus as Master Goldsmith/Platinumsmith for seven years, and was consistently chosen to create the most challenging pieces.
He has earned Certificates from the prestigious Gemological Institute of America in Diamonds as well as Colored Gems.

Neil’s specialty is hand fabrication, which allows for making each part of a ring separately, then polishing it before it is assembled to the piece.
In this method, the entire ring will be perfectly bright, no “dull” lifeless parts. This process makes a tremendous difference in the overall presentation.
